We are looking to increase our productivity by hiring 3-4 highly motivated Mechanics/Technicians to serve as Vehicle Dismantlers at industry leading, family owned and operated, progressive Automotive Recycler that is focused on superior customer service and quality that exceeds our customer’s expectations. We are growing so we need hard working, money motivated technicians to join our team.
$25.00 an hour during training period (12 weeks)

Schedule: 3 ½ day work week (40 hrs.)

PTO from 1st day, every 40 hours worked, earn 1 hour PTO, after 1 year of employment earn 2 hours for every 40 hours worked.

Preferred Qualifications:
Two Years Technician Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive Secondary School
Requirements:
Have tools necessary to perform Automotive Dismantling Operations (We can help with tools if you don't have any!)

Essential Job Duties Dismantle vehicles in a safe, efficient and proper manner:
Label and tag parts to be placed into stock
Check the quality of parts
Adhere to company policies regarding safety, quality of work, attendance and other applicable policies
Inventory checks and warehouse stocking as additional duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour during training, will convert to pay-for-performance after training. Good performers can expect $30-$35 per hour
