We are looking for passionate instructors to join our team and make a significant impact in our community by delivering high-quality educational experiences.This job performs general instructional work and must be knowledgeable in the subject area being taught. The position will know procedures to achieve a positive learning environment for students and create a favorable work environment for the Continuing Education department.Subjects of Interest:

Classes for Senior Citizens
Classes for Kids (College for Kids Program)
Minimum Required Education
High School or GED required with acceptable combinations of education and work experience.
Pertinent certifications when required for subject matter taught.
Minimum Required Experience
Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a continuing education or community college setting.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the subject areas listed above.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and ages.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Develop and deliver engaging course content that meets the needs and interests of adult learners.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities as required.
