Collateral Recovery Team LLC is looking for qualified and experienced repossession agents for our Houston location. We operate in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. We have been in business for about 13 years and we are a very fast-growing company. Due to the extreme increase in volume, we are looking to add a few more qualified repossession agents to our team. All repossession agents are required to have at least 2 years of repossession experience. Clean driving record is required. All company trucks are newer trucks and no older than 2 years.
Average agent picks up between 25-40 repossessions per week. Pay is up to $300 per car. On average you will make about $125 per car. We have a fleet of camera cars that grid scan day and night as well. A typical agent will earn $2500-$3500 per week. We also now have 3 drop yards in Houston.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Must pass a pre-employment drug test (Also random drug testing)
Prior repossession experience required
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer knowledge.
Must be a team player.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires sitting behind the wheel of a tow truck for prolonged periods of time.
Heavy lifting.
Good mobility is required
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a safe, clean and properly operating tow truck.
Other duties as needed and/or requested.
Requires license or Certification: You do not need a CARS Cert prior to employment
-Valid TX Driver's License
-Valid TDLR Consent tow license or higher
-CARS certificate
Computer Systems: It is not required to know these systems but definitely a plus.
