As an asphalt roller operator/raker, your duties are to operate paving equipment, such as rollers, and skid steers to create a paved road or another surface for a construction or repair project. You will work with many different pieces of machinery that are designed to apply different surface materials, such as concrete and asphalt. You will also assist in the placing, rolling, and compacting of asphalt on roads, pathways, and parking lots. This includes raking, sweeping, and lining out the road, as well as working alongside the mill, paver, and the screed.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required
Must be able to safely and competently operate all listed types of equipment
Must be able to work outdoors year-round in Houston weather
Must be able to pass a background check
(No Felony Convictions/Violent Offenses in the last seven years.)
Must have Steel toed boots
