Independent Licensed Electrician Contractor Wanted for AS-NEEDED work on 51 UNIT apartment complex
Landlord for an older (1956 built) apartment complex needed to do repairs and upgrades for a five building property on the north side of Houston-1st exit after 610 going north on I-45
PERSON MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE and SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.
Must have own transportation, tools and must be LICENSED as an electrician as some tasks
require a license (for city and insurance purposes)
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS AN ELECTRICIAN'S LICENSE
Work available right away but only part time depending on constantly changing living
and operational environment. This is a fast paced work environment where priorities
can change depending on what is happening. You will be working directly with the owner of
property.
Generally, the work days will be MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY only as NEEDED
MUST be familiar enough with OLD ("central") and NEW (window units) air conditioners to be able to diagnose and solve. If you have experience with large commercial grade CARRIER air chillers that would be outstanding and offer higher pay when work is specifically related to CARRIER repairs.
No felons. Will run a background check on candidate.
