Total Air Service, an air conditioning contractor in Willis, TX is seeking professional installers for residential systems. Our service technicians will check in with you at the customers house. We request that you would drop off the install trailer with the existing equipment to our office once complete with the job. We will perform a QC inspection of system installation the next day. We love working with installers that are courteous and install systems clean and to our expectations below. We are willing to pay well for a professional job and only service the Montgomery County/Spring/Woodlands area.
Our Installation Expectations:
It is requested that you hold insurance to protect against any damage or injury to your workers. Please discuss with install manager.
Proper evacuation of refrigerant systems.
Flushing of refrigerant lines when changing from R22 to R410A.
Protection of customers home with floor savers and floor protectors.
Removal of existing equipment and brought back to our facility warehouse.
Installation of all equipment including media cabinet, return and supply plenums, condenser slab, etc.
Installation of IAQ products customer requests including UV lights, etc.
Placing system on a vacuum for minimum of 500 microns.
Pressurize system with nitrogen and leak check system, repair at welds if needed.
Charge system to correct refrigerant pressures.
Proper drain reconfiguration & installation of float switch.
Always be courteous to customers as well as no loud music or foul language.
Jobs should be completed in an average of 8 hours or less for systems 5 tons or lower. If there is a large ductwork project with it as well then we consider it a 2 day project.
