Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Landscape Foreman with an Irrigation License to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in landscape construction and maintenance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a Landscape Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the landscape crew to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations of the landscape crew
Plan and execute landscape construction and maintenance projects
Design, install, and maintain irrigation systems
Ensure all projects are completed according to design specifications and client expectations
Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment
Monitor project progress and provide updates to management and clients
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a team-oriented work culture
Conduct on-site consultations with clients as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction and maintenance
Strong leadership and project management skills
Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
Valid Irrigation License
Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and blueprints
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
