Job Description:

We are seeking a Trailer Parts Sales Person to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the seamless purchase of trailer parts and accessories. This position places a strong emphasis on customer service, punctuality, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs, providing expert advice, and helping them find the right trailer parts and accessories to meet their requirements.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog, including the specifications, features, and benefits of each item, in order to assist customers effectively.

Sales and Upselling: Promote the value and benefits of our products, up-sell when appropriate, and close sales transactions with a friendly and professional attitude.

Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and appointments, ensuring customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being diligent, responsible, and self-motivated. Continually improve your knowledge and skills related to trailer parts and accessories.

Inventory Management: Keep track of product inventory, assist in restocking shelves, and maintain a well-organized and clean sales area.

Documentation: Accurately record customer orders, maintain sales records, and assist in maintaining the customer database.

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience, especially in the automotive or trailer industry, is preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Strong knowledge of trailer parts and accessories is advantageous.

Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in computer skills for inventory management and order processing.

Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
