Janitorial Sales Leads is now hiring At-Home Appointment Setters that can start ASAP!
As a company we specialize in generating sales appointments for commercial cleaning / janitorial companies nationwide, and we're looking for a few experienced Phone Sales Reps to assist with our growing customer base.
WHY WORK WITH US?
● Starting pay is $10 per hr (part-time/20 hrs per week), and this will become full-time for top performers!
● At-Home Reps will experience an hourly raise of $1 every 90 days (capped once you reach $20 per hr) !
● You will also receive a flat $20 commission for the first 5 leads that you generate every week!
● You will then receive a flat $50 in commission when you reach 10 generated leads every week!
● You will then receive $100 in commission when your reach 15 generated leads every week!
● You will then receive $150 in commission when your reach 20 generated leads every week!
● You will then receive $50 in commission for every 5 leads you generate after 20 on a weekly basis!
● Generating 15 leads per week/3 per day = $370 for 20 hours of work - that's $18.50 per hour!
● Top performers can easily generate 1 + sales lead per hour. This equates to 20 + leads every week!
● No selling required - your sole duty will be generating sales appointments for our customers!
● Work hours are Mon - Thu from 10am to 3pm, and you'll never work on weekends!
● We provide you with training, marketing materials, leads, simplified scripts and more!
● Payday is each and every Wednesday via direct deposit, and we do not hold back your 1st week!
● These are 1099 positions, meaning we do not deduct taxes from your weekly earnings!
● Experienced staff members focused on our At-Home team, and they're here to help you succeed!
POSITION REQUIREMENTS?
● Must be an energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual that can sell over the phone.
● Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable phone sales or appointment selling experience (no exceptions).
● We prefer hardworking candidates that are dependable and do no miss excessive days of work.
● Must have a desktop computer, internet connection and a Smartphone (you will download our phone App).
● Must be comfortable with dialing manually, and you will utilize Google for free leads (we'll show you how).
