Position: Appointment Setters for Face-to-Face Meetings
Compensation: Commission-Based
Commission: 10% of Sales + Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Contact 50 prospects per week to schedule appointments.
- Follow-up on upcoming appointments and no-shows
- Set 25 face-to-face appointments weekly (no-shows do not count)
- Appointments set within the first three days
- Eligibility for more leads is achieved upon hitting the set target
- Scripts will be provided
Compensation:
- Potential to earn up to $5,000 weekly during the first 30 days.
- Higher earnings and additional incentives may be earned after the probationary period.
- Receive an advanced bonus of $2,000 and a 10% commission for achieving 25 weekly appointments during the first two weeks of the contract.
This is a commission-based position for an appointment setter with excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with potential clients. The role requires contacting at least 50 prospects weekly and 25 appointments set. The commission is set at 10% of the total sales plus incentives. The successful candidate will have the potential to earn up to $5,000 weekly during the first 30 days, with additional incentives available after the probationary period.
