Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Specialist. As an integral part of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our HVAC services through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our HVAC services and products
-Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and rapport building
-Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with prospective clients
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement telemarketing strategies
-Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
Requirements:
-Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to effectively engage and persuade customers over the phone
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude
