We are looking for teams of door to door sales superstars interested in selling fiber optic internet and home security services in the Victoria, TX market. We are looking to expand with a new provider in the area by achieving weekly sales goals with generous commission. If you have experience selling residential utilities door to door (electricity, internet, alarms) then this may be the fit for you! Sales are achieved by offering fiber optic internet and home security services door to door. Fiber optic sales require no credit check allowing everyone to be approved! (Houses only no apartments.) Home security sales pay daily same day as install. Fiber internet pays weekly upon every approved installation.
Crew Coordinator Duties:
Manage driving/car pooling a team of 3-12 agents to the field.
Assigning territory to team.
Train/Develop team to reach daily/weekly sales goals.
Attaining personal sales goals.
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Must be able to attain sales permit with the City of Victoria.

Sales agent Duties:
Must have smartphone or tablet
Must have reliable transportation to meet or ride with the crew to the field.

Must be able to reach daily and weekly sales goals.
Compensation:
Fiber Optic Internet: $150 per sale paid weekly
Home Security Alarms: $300 per approved installation paid daily same day as completed install.
This is a 1099 contractor position.
New agents are achieving 2-3 sales per day.
Top earners are achieving an average of 4-5+ sales per day.
BONUSES OFFERED AT 25+ sales within a week.
Crew coordinators earn weekly sales overrides on their teams in addition to individual sales achieved in the field.

Schedule is Monday - Friday with half day Saturdays optional.
