Electrical products and components company located in the Stafford / Sugar Land area is seeking an early career, intelligent, technical inside sales representative to add to the team.
In this role you will process customer orders and help find solutions to customer inquiries by providing information about our diverse product portfolio.
You will have access to our engineering documentation and our engineering staff can assist you with technical questions.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be fluent (read, write, speak) in both English and Spanish.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Ability to comprehend technical product information.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or electrical-instrumentation technology is preferred.
· Experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Process customer orders accurately.
· Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Must learn about our diverse product portfolio.
· Generate cost estimates and quotes based on customer needs.
· Utilize resources to find solutions for customer inquiries.
· Utilize SAP and CRM systems.
· Monitor order progress.
· Create claims for a product that is returned or needs to be replaced.
· Work in a team-based environment.
