Inside Sales-Telephone Sales- Experienced Only!
Seeking a high energy rock-star with proven experience in telephone sales to join our moving and storage company! Inside sales, telephone sales, high volume sales, warm leads provided, full-time, commission driven, commission pay, in-office position.
Ideal Candidates should have at least 2 years of proven sales experience with strong selling and closing skills in a service (not retail) industry. Extensive phone experience is needed to speed up the sales candidate’s success. Must be self-motivated, assertive, with excellent people skills and the desire to learn and earn like an entrepreneur. Familiarity with household moving or storage or can quickly learn the industry. The goal is to start booking as quickly as possible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Convert warm leads into sales via phone calls, referrals, and networking
Differentiate and sell our service and product offerings to potential customers
Educate and assist customers on their specific moving and storage needs
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with operations ensuring smooth transition from sales to service delivery
Meet and exceed sales targets, goals, and KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
Min 1 year proven experience in commissioned, large volume telephone sales
Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work some late evenings and alternating Saturdays.
Professional demeanor, punctual, and a strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft applications and can quickly learn CRM software
Reliable transportation to commute to work daily to Houston TX 77045

OTHER:
This is a 1099 position. Full-time employment.
Sales office hours: M-F 9A-6P, rotating Saturdays 9A-3P during summer
Initial base of $500.00 weekly + commissions.
Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities
Uncapped commissions = unlimited earning potential.
Earn $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on individual effort
