We're Ultimate Floors, a leading supplier of high-quality flooring products to specialty retailers. We're looking for an experienced Outside Account Manager to join our team and build lasting relationships with clients in the greater Houston area.

The Opportunity:

This key role offers the chance to make a real impact on our business. You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Develop in-depth knowledge of our extensive product portfolio.

Travel throughout the Houston area to meet with clients and identify their needs.

Create and deliver winning sales presentations, including highlighting new product promotions.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and grow your territory.

Ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

Who You Are:

A proven outside sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferably within the flooring industry).

A strong analytical thinker who can identify client needs and recommend the perfect product solutions.

An expert in collaborative sales techniques who thrives in building trust and long-term relationships.

A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a dedication to exceeding expectations.

A self-starter who can manage their time effectively and work independently.

A comfortable and confident traveler, able to spend up to 75% of time on the road.

A competitive salary and commission structure ($34,166.04 - $200,000 per year).
