TextAgility, a leading provider of innovative text messaging solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within a protected territory, ensuring the growth and success of TextAgility's clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned protected territory.

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of TextAgility's text messaging solutions.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis.

- Participate in sales training and professional development activities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.

- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.

Compensation:

This position offers a 100% commission-based structure, providing unlimited earning potential based on sales performance. In addition, there is a bonus potential every quarter based on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
