The Position:
Help Answer Phones
Help Greet Customers and write up service requests.
Help Manage and dispatch work orders to Techs
Help Assist in parts department if needed.
Learn the ropes for advancement.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AUTOMOTIVE IN SERVICE OR PARTS
Must have superior computer and analytical skills
Mitchell One and Alldata Knowledge Very Helpful
Non smoker
No Facial Piercings
No showing Tattoos
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Must be well spoken and easily understood
Must be self motivated
Dependable and Honest
Organized
