We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, emails, assisting customers during their shopping experience, entering phone and web orders, and printing orders and artwork materials. This position requires a high level of flexibility and the willingness to take on various tasks as needed. The hours are Monday -Friday 9:30-5:30.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a wide range of products that add a touch of elegance and charm to any home. As a front desk customer service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our valued customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalized experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with basic computer operations
- Ability to learn and memorize different SKU numbers
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Openness to learning and adapting to various tasks and responsibilities
- Experience with computers and basic office equipment
-Photoshop and Quickbooks a plus
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
