Receptionist
Location: Richmond, TX & Houston
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, manage front desk activities, and provide administrative support.
Call Center Supervisor
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Oversee call center operations, supervise a team of collectors, and ensure compliance with company protocols for efficient operations.
Paralegal / Litigation
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Assist in our litigation department, manage filing systems, and prepare documents for ad valorem tax suits.
Collector
Salary: $16.00 per hour plus commissions
Responsibilities: Manage collection of delinquent accounts. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Paralegal / Special Collections
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Conduct research, skip-tracing for delinquent accounts, and support our collections team.
