Requirements:
- Proficiency in job scheduling is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and organizing folders.
- Scheduling work orders efficiently.
- Maintaining communication with builders via phone, email, and text.
-Handling invoicing and filing tasks.
- Performing light cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, possess current computer skills, maintain a positive "can-do" attitude, and excel at multitasking.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
