About the Role:
We’re looking for a fast-moving Maintenance Coordinator to manage service calls and work orders for occupied single-family rental (SFR) homes. This role demands quick thinking, strong coordination, and the ability to close out jobs within 24–72 hours. Vendor-side experience in property management is a big plus.
Key Duties:
Dispatch urgent and routine service calls to techs/vendors
Manage work orders from open to close
Coordinate scheduling with tenants, techs, and vendors
Ensure jobs meet timeline and quality standards
Assist with bids, scopes, invoicing, and reporting
Requirements:
3+ years in SFR maintenance/dispatch/project coordination
Strong multitasking, communication, and follow-through
Experience with vendor operations for property managers preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
