Small pest control company in Spring, TX is seeking a full-time Client Coordinator / Secretary to help with day-to-day operations. This is a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM position. Warehouse office setting
Duties include:
Answering phones & calling clients
Scheduling appointments
Emailing customers & routing tech schedules
Creating and updating invoices
General office admin tasks
Eventually, you may also handle:
Processing payments
Assisting with payroll
Requirements:
Basic computer & phone skills
Comfortable speaking with clients
Reliable and detail-oriented
No college degree required
Spanish-speaking a plus, not required
