We are a service based company in Conroe TX who is looking for a qualified full-time Administrative-Office Assistant who will act as the backbone of our operations and accounting needs. This individual should be an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. The Administrative-Office Assistant should expect their job duties to include but not limited to:
-Quickbooks and accounting
-Meetings with our CPA
-Assisting with answering phones
-Accounts Payable/Receivable
-Payroll input
-Data Entry
-Work with finance company to approve customers and receive payments
-Properly keep track of customers and log info into our CRM
-Build and maintain customer relationships.
-Answer in bound calls and set appointments.
-Read and reply to emails.
-Set appointments and follow up with upcoming appointments.
-Able to speak to customers and record any comments or concerns properly.
-Attentiveness and personable with all customers.
-Help manage and clear communications with employees.
-Practice customer focus, communications and collaboration with team.
-Perform additional duties as required by team.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
The more value and experience you have the better.
Requirements
-Atleast 5 years experience in Service industry (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical)
-Must be highly skilled in Quickbooks
-Dispatch experience
-Scheduling experience
-Great customer service skills
