Seeking: Scooter Rental Customer Service Team Member!
If you are wanting a fun and exciting place to work then we have just the place. Our rental business is located in EADO (East of Downtown) Houston.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and must be good with customer service.
The role will consist of:
1. Helping customers select the best rental option to meet their needs
2. Provide and explain our rates and policies
3. Collect payment and supportive documentation to rent
4. Answer incoming customer calls
5. Work in a busy and demanding environment
6. Assist with cleanup at the store before closing
7. Work 5-7 days a week from 6pm-2am
