Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Assistant & Recepcionist (Full bilingual spanish & english)

Location: Sugar Land, TX (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (extra hours during peak tax season)

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Schedule and confirm appointments for tax, accounting, and consultation services.

Greet clients at the office and assist them during their visit.

Keep organized and updated records of appointments and communications.

Provide basic administrative support (copying, filing, scanning documents).

Collaborate with the accounting team to prioritize urgent appointments.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).

Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure during peak season.

Public records (including criminal and employment history) will be checked as part of the hiring process.
