We are currently looking for a part-time office employee to assist with daily work operations. We are seeking a positive and self motivated team player with Microsoft Office experience, strong typing skills, computer savvy, with good phone etiquette, and is also available to work weekends. For this position you must be adaptable and eager to learn.
Primary Responsibilities Consist of:
Answering phones
Booking Jobs through our software
Assist in filing duties
Partner with vendors for accounts payables
Work with employees on payroll and expense processing
Reports directly to Office Manager
