Leasing of Units (Attending Traffic, Follow up with Prospects, Marketting & Applications)
Lease Renewals
Process Rental Applications for Approval
Advertising
Excellent Communication Skills
Assist residents
Resident relation skills
Assist the manager as needed
Represent the Company in a Professional Manner at all times

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License is required
Background checks and DICS test will be performed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual is a must (English & Spanish)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Willing to work flexible schedule including Saturday
Legal authorization to work in the United States
