The ideal candidate would have great people, computer, sales, and communication skills, while being outgoing and helpful. This person must be ready to take initiatives in dealing with vendors, marketing efforts, collecting rent, responding to inquiries and requests, and maintaining a positive relationship with the residents. Tasks/Skills
A minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or sales. Willing to train.
The ability to coordinate the leasing, renewals, and community's marketing
The skills to manage make ready and work orders, and stay on top on vendors and invoices
A work ethic with a sense of urgency
Knowledge to verify the documents submitted by prospective tenants
Managing and following up on leads
Marketing on Facebook and Google Business
Ability to convert leads to leases
Good phone etiquette
Organize Residents events
Assist in special projects as needed and bookkeeping
