Construction Services Company Seeking a Full Time Office Administrator (M-F 8am-5pm)
We are looking for a full time office Administrator to run day to day operations: phones, set appointments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, scheduling, payroll.
The following qualifications are essential:
Experience in Construction Administration a Must (Please do not apply if you do not have this Experience)
Self driven to complete task without constant supervision
Organized, Detail-oriented and Self Motivated
Have Strong willingness to learn new things
Must have great attitude and ability to handle situations and challenges
Take directions well
Be able to work Closely with Company Accountant? Take direction from him.
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Products
Proficiency in Quickbooks (Invoicing)
Must be a great communicator with Strong written skills
Bi-lingual a plus (Preferred)
