Office Administrator needed for a small business company (Electrical & Mechanical) in the area of Pasadena, TX.
Duties Include but not limited to: Answering phones, Faxing, emailing, AR/AP, billing, running reports, filing, record keeping, bookkeeping, payroll. Must be 100% knowledgable in QB Online, schedule and call for inspections.
Knowledgable in Microsoft Word, and Excel. 8-10 years experience preferred but if less, it will not disqualify you.
