Job Title: Administrative Helper with QuickBooks & Construction Accounting
Location: Montrose, Houston, TX
Compensation: $17-$25/hour (1099 contract)
Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for construction? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Montrose, Houston.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including receipt processing, bank transactions, and file organization.
Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of construction cost accounting.
Assist in preparing financial documents for tax purposes.
Convert paper files into digital format and consolidate our digital storage systems.
Collaborate with our bookkeeper & project managers to ensure accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of construction cost accounting.
Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Dropbox, and other file sharing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
