Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to warehousing, delivery, and inventory services.
Provide accurate and timely information about product availability, shipping schedules, and delivery status.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Track and update customers on the status of their orders, ensuring they are kept informed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or potential improvements.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (preferably in warehousing, logistics, or retail).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
