CIP (Controlled Insurance Programs) Administrator – Commercial Construction company located in Northeast Houston.
Starting pay $20-$25/hr. (DOE).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing Controlled Insurance Programs
Facilitate CIP enrollments on all projects with CIP requirements
Communicate and coordinate with the Operations Departments, subcontractors and temporary staffing agencies to ensure they are enrolled in a timely manner
Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies to ensure they are enrolled in a timely manner
Coordinate with recruiting, HR and payroll teams on which companies are enrolled for getting manpower to the jobsites
Update/Maintain Internal CIP Enrollment Database
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to work overtime (as needed)
Strong sense of urgency regarding last minute requests and changes
Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
Self-discipline, excellent attendance, reliability and worth ethic
Background in construction is preferred
Bilingual is not required, but is a plus
