We are a growing construction & property management Co, seeking a self-motivated and responsible individual for a full time/part-time job for bookkeeping & administrative assistant. The position is remote. Previous accounting experience is a must. Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in administrative support, accounting & bookkeeping
Professional, self-motivated and detail oriented.
Organized and able to multitask with high attention to detail
QuickBooks is a plus.
Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, computer systems and computers skills, including Word & Excel
Strong data entry skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and work independently
Problem solving skills
Position duties & responsibilities Include:

Input accounting information into Excel
General office administrative duties
Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Bank reconciliations, generation of monthly financial statements
Customer invoicing
Input and maintain accounting records
Part Time hours are flexible between 6-18 hours a week. Clean and Safe work environment. Future advancement and training will be available.
Compensation: Rate increases opportunities upon successful completion of a three month introductory period. Ranges between $18-$24/ hr
