Formulates and administers policies and procedures to enhance quality, Works with managers to define quality improvement strategy which delivers financial benefits to a defined area of the business. Identifies areas of improvement through the analysis of warranty issues and internal audit. Responsible for establishing and ensuring that preventive actions are implemented and corrective action is taken within area of responsibility.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field and at least 5 years experience in Quality and Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Knowledge of current trends and developments in Quality Assurance. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and practices. Basic knowledge of division or plant products.
Background knowledge of Metrology is required. Intimate knowledge of ISO and API Quality Management Systems is required.
