We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring professional to join our team as a Flooring Installation manager. Responsible for maintaining a good culture and relationship with our 60 plus Sub Contractor crews.
Responsibilities:
- Using the daily schedule to divide work evenly between contractors using fair practices.
- Managing a team of 2 to 3 in the installation department
- Communicating with customer service, warehouse and sales rep during the day to gain information to close jobs daily
- Random quality inspection walks to insure good work quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in flooring or similar role in the restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to flooring installation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with installs
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
