Job Overview:
The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance duties.
Common tasks:
- Pressure washing and softwashing of exterior surfaces
- Cleaning windows
- Installing/repairing low voltage landscape lighting
- Removing limbs and debris
- Installing mulch and other landscaping materials
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in the Texas heat
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in property maintenance or similar roles is a plus
