Shift:training on the first shift but eventually transitioning to the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)
Job Summary:
Conducts daily audits of production equipment and products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Takes corrective action as needed per established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Follows quality procedures to meet product specifications.
Monitors facility cleanliness and sanitary conditions during operations.
Identifies and helps resolve product or process deviations.
Inspects sanitized equipment and ensures proper cleaning; addresses deficiencies.
Audits process control points and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Documents audit findings and corrective actions.
Adheres to all company food safety and quality policies.
Performs other duties as needed to support business operations.
