Our company provides insurance inspections for commercial and residential insurance companies. We have been in business for over 65 years. We are currently looking for a quality assurance specialist/ document reviewer. This is a contract 1099 position and is a work from home opportunity. The quality assurance specialist/ document reviewer spends their workday reviewing field reports on commercial and residential properties submitted by our contract inspectors. The quality assurance specialist/ document reviewer ensures that the information meets all the client requirements for content, format, appearance and syntax. While each report is different and provides significant daily variety to the workday, a high level of attention to detail and focus is critical to success. All work is reviewed online using our proprietary computer system.
The Candidates:
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and reliable candidate with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. This job requires the ability to analyze documents using a detailed matrix and to seek out potential problems in written and photographic records. Patience, thoroughness and problem solving are a must. If you love puzzles this is a great position for you! Insurance industry, legal, or field inspection experience is a plus.
Compensation:
Contract work paid by piece. Looking for someone who can complete 50 reports minimum per month.
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant experience to the above details
Strong computer skills are a must
Type a minimum of 40 WPM
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and generally comfortable with digital environments
Must be Detail oriented
Must have your own computer or laptop
Must obtain an EIN from the IRS
Must obtain E & O insurance within 30 days
