Car Tron Auto Sales is currently seeking a Auto Parts Representative with initiative and experience in auto parts and is also responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced workplace. Responsibilities:
-Finding and ordering parts needed by dealership or requested by customers.
-Ordering parts from AutoZone, XL, Amazon, Ebay and Salvage yards
-Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle being serviced or status of parts they ordered and notifying them when they are delivered to dealership.
-Providing estimates for customers and billing customers.
-Knowledge of Mitchel 1 or Alldata software (Not required but a BIG PLUS)
-Assist manager in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
-Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
-Utilize retail math skills to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
-Process orders and fulfill requests in a timely manner
-Use organizational skills to keep parts department clean and organized
-Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Proficient in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data entry and analysis
