Debris Removal: This includes clearing out large items, construction debris, and yard waste.
Lawn Maintenance: This involves mowing, trimming, and weeding to keep the property's exterior presentable.
Maintenance and Security:
Basic Winterization & Pressure Test: This involves preparing a property for cold weather by draining pipes, insulating, and sealing openings to prevent damage.
Board-Ups: This involves securing a property by covering windows and doors with plywood to prevent vandalism and unauthorized entry.
Minor and Major Repairs: This encompasses a wide range of tasks, from fixing leaky faucets and broken windows to repairing roofs and structural damage. This may involve carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other specialized skills.
Additional Tasks:
