$18 per hour, Full Time Gardener and Groundskeeper
LANDSCAPING This is for landscaping and maintanence for a private residence/estate. Duties Include: Maintaining residential properties with daily landscaping upkeep, weeds. ,mulch, trimming, mowings, exterior cleaning, maintaining lighting, Trash maintenance, Outdoor furniture maintenance. Running errands. Assist with minor repairs, and improvements. Will need personal transportation. $18 per hour, up to 40 hours per week guaranteed for full time. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Requirements:
- MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
- NO EXCESSIVE VISIBLE TATTOOS PLEASE
- MUST HAVE VALID CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE
- MUST SPEAK MINIMAL ENGLISH
- 3 Yrs + LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
General Responsibilities:
Weeding, garden maintenance. Mowing, leaf blowing, raking, window cleaning, furniture cleaning, painting, irrigation repair.
