Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and bilingual (English and Spanish) Landscape Design Foreman to join our team. Successful applicants will have prior experience in the landscape industry, a deep understanding of plant materials, and a strong foundation in horticultural practices. As a team member, you will collaborate closely with crew members, Foremen, and Supervisors throughout all stages of site work, planting, and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members in daily operations
Execute landscape designs according to specifications and client requirements
Coordinate and manage the installation of landscape elements, including plants, hardscapes, and irrigation systems
Ensure quality and timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high productivity and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress
Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working condition
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping, with expertise in landscape design and installation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime to meet client deadlines
Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and landscape materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately
Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
