Handyman
Looking for handyman with experience in the following:
Carpentry, trim work, paint, sheetrock/tape/float
Electrical, HVAC, ability to install doors and baseboard, and plumbing experience a plus
Warehouse organization and clean up
Organizing tools/tools are provided
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving Materials
Ability be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to able to climb ladders
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in outdoor weather year round
Strong attention to detail
Be responsible and reliable
Must have reliable transportation
Other duties as assigned
Maintain safety practices at all times
Must speak fluent English
Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 7/8 am to 4/5 pm (40 hrs per week)
Must be willing to work weekends occasionally as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
