Bran Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Painter for an upcoming project in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of commercial painting experience and provide photos of completed commercial projects. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile commercial project with a reputable general contractor.
Position: Commercial Painter
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: Starting at $25/hour (DOE)
Job Type: Contract/Temporary
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, power washing, and priming
Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and commercial paint sprayers
Ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications
Assist with color matching, finishing, and touch-ups as needed
Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of commercial painting experience
Must have own tools and a commercial paint sprayer
Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and coatings
Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding as needed
Must provide photos of completed commercial painting jobs
No felonies and must pass a background check
