Are you a skilled appliance repair technician and handyman looking for a great opportunity in the Houston area? We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team on a 1099 contractor basis.
Position: Appliance Repair & Handyman
Pay: Starting at $22 per hour, with a pay increase after 30 days based on performance.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
Location: Houston, TX and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other major home appliances.
Perform small skilled handyman repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in appliance repair and general handyman work.
Own tools and reliable vehicle.
Valid driver's license and proper vehicle insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
