My mom has stage IV endometrial cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy treatments. She has trouble eating a lot of things, because of the effects of the treatment. It makes her have a loss of appetite or certain smells makes her very nauseous.
We are looking for someone who can help make some nutritious meals for my mom. She has changes in her appetite often and can only eat so little. We need someone who is able to cater towards her changes in appetite and to be able to make a couple variety of different small portions to help my mom gain weight, because she has trouble eating with her loss of appetite. Someone who can make Asian dishes or vegetarian dishes would be nice. We need someone who can make food for patients undegoing chemo. The private chef would only need to prepare some meals (example: 1-2 small individual portions of 1-2 different meals, flexible) in their home at their own chosen hours and drop off the meals to my parent's house (located in Stafford) once a week (flexible).
