We are looking for an experienced and professional Host/Host to join our team at an upscale casual restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of the finer points of fine dining. Responsibilities:
Primarily evening shifts (4:30 PM - 9:00 PM)
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Answer phone calls and take reservations.
Assign seating arrangements for guests.
Be knowledgeable about the menu and specials of the day.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
