We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in catering management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. This role involves overseeing all aspects of catering operations, including event planning, menu coordination, staff supervision, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily catering operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute catering events, from corporate meetings to large-scale celebrations.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, customize menus, and coordinate logistics.
Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure efficient service.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop creative and cost-effective menus.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in catering management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events.
