Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
Maintain food consistency
Train, manage, and schedule kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food output
Handle kitchen-related issues and problem-solve as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and team management
Ability to work independently and make key decisions
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
